Delivery Policy

Delivery Area

OxygenEasy provides delivery across Hong Kong, covering most areas of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Remote areas and outlying islands may require additional arrangement and charges.

Standard Delivery Hours

Standard delivery hours are [TBC] daily. Orders confirmed before the cutoff time may be eligible for same-day or next-day delivery, subject to stock and location.

Same-Day Delivery Conditions

Same-day delivery requires the order to be confirmed before the cutoff time, stock availability and an accessible delivery location. Same-day delivery cannot be guaranteed and is subject to final confirmation.

Remote Areas and Outlying Islands

Remote villages, outlying islands and special locations may incur additional delivery charges and require longer arrangement times. Please provide a detailed address when enquiring.

Stair Charges

If the building has no lift or equipment needs to be carried upstairs, a stair surcharge may apply.

Hospital Delivery

Direct delivery to hospitals may be arranged in some cases. Please confirm the hospital's receiving arrangements with us in advance.

Failed Delivery

If no one is available to receive delivery, the address is incorrect or the location is inaccessible, redelivery may need to be arranged and additional charges may apply.

Severe Weather

Delivery services may be suspended during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and Black Rainstorm Warning. Scheduled deliveries will be rearranged as soon as possible.

Collection

Customers should provide advance notice of the collection date. Equipment should be in a clean and transportable condition for collection.
