OxygenEasy supplies and rents equipment. OxygenEasy does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe oxygen, determine oxygen flow rates or replace medical consultation. Customers must use oxygen equipment according to instructions from the patient's doctor or healthcare provider.
Service Scope
OxygenEasy provides:
- Home and portable oxygen equipment rental
- Medical oxygen cylinder arrangement
- Equipment delivery and collection
- Basic setup and operation demonstration
- Rental-period equipment support
Outside Service Scope
OxygenEasy does not:
- Diagnose any medical condition
- Prescribe oxygen flow rates or usage hours
- Determine whether a patient should use continuous or pulse-dose oxygen
- Recommend increasing or reducing oxygen settings
- Recommend target blood-oxygen levels
- Replace medical consultation
- Replace emergency medical services
Customer Acknowledgement
By using OxygenEasy services, the customer acknowledges that:
- Oxygen equipment will be used according to healthcare provider instructions
- Oxygen flow and usage hours are determined by healthcare providers
- Any questions should be directed to the patient's doctor or healthcare provider
- OxygenEasy is not liable for any consequences of improper equipment use
Emergency Situations
For sudden or severe breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, blue lips or other urgent symptoms, call 999 immediately.
OxygenEasy is an equipment rental and support service, not an emergency medical service.
