Rental Terms
1. Equipment Ownership
All rental equipment remains the property of OxygenEasy. Customers have the right to use the equipment during the rental period but may not sub-let, transfer or modify it.
2. Rental Period
The rental period begins from the date of equipment delivery and ends on the confirmed collection date. Minimum rental period depends on the selected plan.
3. Deposit
A deposit must be paid before equipment delivery. The deposit amount depends on the equipment type. The deposit is refundable after equipment collection and inspection according to our terms.
4. Rental Payment
Rental fees are payable according to plan terms (weekly or monthly). Late payment may affect continued service provision.
5. Rental Extension
Customers may contact us to arrange a rental extension. Extensions must be confirmed in advance and charged at the applicable rate.
6. Early Return
Customers may return equipment early. Whether paid rental fees are refundable depends on the plan terms and notice period.
7. Equipment Use
Customers must use equipment according to healthcare-provider instructions and OxygenEasy operating guidelines. Equipment must not be dismantled, modified or repaired independently.
8. Cleaning and Maintenance
Customers are responsible for keeping equipment clean and properly maintained. Consumable accessories such as nasal cannulas and tubing are subject to normal wear and are not charged.
9. Damage and Loss
Customers are responsible for equipment damage or loss caused by misuse, negligence or accident. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.
10. Equipment Malfunction
If equipment malfunctions during normal use, OxygenEasy will arrange replacement as soon as possible during service hours. The replacement model may differ from the original.
11. Collection
Customers should provide advance notice of the collection date. Equipment should be in a clean and transportable condition. Equipment inspection and accessory inventory will be conducted upon collection.
12. Medical Responsibility
OxygenEasy is not liable for any medical consequences arising from the use or inability to use oxygen equipment. Customers must ensure equipment is used according to healthcare-provider instructions.
13. Governing Law
These rental terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
