Deposit and Refund Policy

Deposit Amount

The deposit amount depends on the equipment type and rental plan. The specific amount will be communicated at the time of rental confirmation.

Deposit Payment

The deposit must be paid before equipment delivery. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Equipment Inspection

Upon collection, we will inspect the equipment condition and check that all accessories are returned.

Deposit Refund

After equipment collection and inspection, the deposit will be refunded subject to the following conditions:

• Equipment is undamaged and shows no excessive wear
• All accessories have been returned
• No outstanding rental charges remain

Deposit Deductions

The following may result in partial or full deposit deduction:

• Equipment damage beyond normal use
• Missing accessories
• Overdue equipment return
• Severe damage or irreparable equipment

Refund Method

Deposit refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Processing time is typically [TBC] business days after collection and inspection.
